For Novae Corp., Western Steel Buildings — in collaboration with Michael Kinder & Sons Construction — engineered and delivered a massive, 142,035 sq. ft. trailer manufacturing facility. The facility is a modular complex of six interconnected pre-engineered metal buildings with varying roof lines to support heavy-duty manufacturing, assembly, and production workflows. Western Steel’s solution accommodated specialized production requirements — including heavy crane and monorail systems — while still delivering on durability, structural performance, and efficient build timelines.
