Explore how Western Steel brought to life the Gateway Office Center, showcasing innovative design in a pre-engineered metal building.
Project Spotlight
Blue Sky Ranch partnered with Western Steel Buildings to develop a durable, high-performance equestrian facility capable of supporting year-round training, riding, and ranch operations. Designed with large clear-span interiors, weather-resistant steel construction, and ample natural light, the structure delivers a safe and adaptable environment for horses, riders, and staff.
The ranch required a spacious building footprint to house riding arenas, equipment storage, livestock handling areas, and support spaces. Western Steel engineered a 39,000 sq. ft. clear-span steel structure optimized for durability, animal health, workflow efficiency, and long-term ease of maintenance.
