The new structure features an eye-catching modern exterior accented with Sunbelt’s signature green, wrapped around a high-performance insulated metal panel system that supports both durability and operational functionality.

Western Steel engineered a building with a strong aesthetic presence and practical performance envelope—insulated metal panels that provide superior thermal control, customization, and long-term reliability. This facility delivers a flexible space capable of handling diverse rental equipment, supply inventory, and service operations in a resilient steel structure.
