Project Spotlight
Invest 4F partnered with Western Steel Buildings to develop a large-scale industrial warehouse designed for high-volume logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations. Western Steel engineered and delivered a 100,000 sq. ft. gable-style steel structure with a standing seam roof system, a 1:12 roof slope, and a 30′ low eave height to provide exceptional interior clearance for equipment movement, storage, and freight workflows.
Featuring sixteen dock door bays along its 500′ length, the facility was optimized to streamline inbound and outbound freight processes, improving operational throughput and overall efficiency. Engineered for durability, expandability, and long-term industrial performance, this building demonstrates Western Steel’s capability to deliver complex, high-demand warehouse environments.
