Diamond Equipment Company partnered with Western Steel Buildings to develop a specialized steel facility engineered to support heavy-equipment sales, service operations, and parts management. Western Steel designed and delivered a 13,838 sq. ft. building system that integrates large equipment bays, customer access areas, and inventory handling zones in a durable and efficient layout.
The building includes a combination of gable and single-slope structures, engineered openings where the buildings connect, and dedicated structural support for four industrial ceiling fans. Designed for long-term industrial performance, the facility provides the clearance, workflow, and functionality required for heavy-equipment operations.
