Customized for modern rental operations, the Sunbelt Rentals project in West Jordan, Utah is a pre-engineered steel building by Western Steel Buildings featuring insulated metal panels and a contemporary commercial exterior suited for equipment rental facilities.
Focused on sustainable agricultural production, Western Steel Buildings delivered a 35,000 sq. ft. steel building system for Big Island Grown, integrating a mezzanine, insulated metal panels, and a rooftop solar array to support net-zero energy performance.
Spanning 67,000 sq. ft. in an L-shaped layout, the Patey Aviation Project Spotlight showcases an aviation hangar complex engineered by Western Steel Buildings, complete with six hangar bays and attached office space built for aviation-grade performance and flexibility.
Designed as a full-scale recreational environment, the Contact Climbing Gym project in St. George, Utah is a high-performance hybrid steel facility by Western Steel Buildings, incorporating mezzanine levels, open-web trusses, and 52′ climbing walls.
