Steel Brewery Solution:
Mendocino County
Developer Gary Breen’s vision to elevate Hopland, California to a unique destination that includes boutique wineries, breweries, and an array of cannabis infused products on a dreamscape of beautiful Northern California farmland is nearly complete.
The construction for Felix Creek Cellars was just the beginning, a 57,000 square foot building is underway to be used for a brewery warehouse and tap room complete with 3″ wall IMP, 4″ roof IMP, and full parapet walls. Cantilevers were added to store brewery equipment, and 24 windows were precisely located with canopies for symmetrical aesthetics.
At Western Steel, helping our clients find the optimal building solution is our priority, from proper loading for polycarbonate panels, to other advanced cladding options, we are your source for complex steel building systems.
