RS Retreat partnered with Western Steel Buildings to develop a durable, highly functional maintenance and service facility designed to support equipment storage, vehicle servicing, and operational workflows. Western Steel engineered and delivered a 13,940 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel structure built for reliability, strength, and long-term municipal performance.
The facility features a single-slope roof system, a durable PBR wall assembly, and a clean, professional exterior color scheme combining Desert Sand wall panels with Fern Green trim and roofing. Engineered with municipal service requirements in mind, this project showcases Western Steel’s ability to provide efficient, long-lasting steel building solutions tailored to community and operations-based applications.

Designed to support high-volume logistics, the Invest 4F project is a 100,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel warehouse in Garrett, Indiana, engineered by Western Steel Buildings with a gable standing seam roof, 30′ eave height, and 16 dock doors to streamline operations.
Blending performance with architectural detail, the Model Linen project is an 18,500 sq. ft. pre-engineered steel building in Ogden, Utah by Western Steel Buildings, incorporating insulated metal wall panels, a standing-seam roof, and an attached single-slope wing.
