The facility include two buildings, one is 60,000 square feet designed for distribution. The other is 140,000 square feet specifically designed for indoor cultivation.

INSULATED METAL PANELS
IMPs are ideal for cultivation facilities and provide several advantages over concrete, fiberglass, and drywall. Benefits include a weather-tight thermal envelope, superior energy efficiency, anti-microbial properties, and a non-porous washable surface. The shell combines IMP walls with a Standing Seam Roof system. Both structures were fabricated as Western Pre-engineered Building Systems, which save time and labor costs during installation. Pre-engineered metal buildings are more cost-effective than conventional construction because they require minimal field fabrication.
