For Buildings that cost $250,000.00 or less, Western Steel will pay you $500.00 per week not to exceed 5% percent of your Building Cost, should your building not deliver on time. For Buildings that cost $250,001.00 or more, Western Steel will pay you $1,000.00 per week not to exceed 5% percent of the Building Cost, should your building not deliver on time.
